About these terms
These terms govern the use of this website and set out how the Volta TSP service is billed. Both are provided by TSP FRANCE SAS, whose details are in the legal notice.
This website
This website describes our service, for information. Nothing on it is an offer. Its content may not be copied without our written permission.
The service
Volta TSP is provided to hotels and travel agencies under a written agreement with each of them. Where that agreement and these terms differ, the agreement prevails.
Fees and invoices
Our fee is set in each hotel’s agreement and invoiced to the hotel after each payment run, payable by bank transfer. We take no card payments, and our fee is never part of a transfer between a hotel and a travel agency.
Refunds
If you believe one of our invoices is wrong, write to hello@voltatsp.com within 30 days of its date. If we confirm an error, we issue a credit note and refund any amount overpaid, by bank transfer, within 14 days.
Disputes over a commission
A hotel can flag any commission it disagrees with before approving it. A flagged commission is held, and nothing is paid on it until the hotel resolves it. A disagreement over the amount of a commission is between the hotel and the travel agency; we provide the record of every step.
Payments
Payments to travel agencies are made through Stripe Connect, from the hotel’s own account. Each hotel and travel agency holds its own account with Stripe, under Stripe’s terms.
Ending the service
Either party can end the service as its agreement provides. Fees for payment runs already made remain due. When a hotel leaves, we return or delete the data we hold for it, as our data processing agreement provides.
Law
These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute between professionals falls under the jurisdiction of the courts of Paris.
