A commission takes weeks today because of the work around it: statements, invoices, checks by hand, reminders. Volta TSP does that work as soon as the stay ends, so a commission no longer waits on paperwork, only on the hotel’s approval.

    When the guest checks out, the hotel’s property system tells Volta TSP the stay is complete. The commission is worked out on room charges only.

    Each line shows the booking it comes from. The hotel chooses how long lines stay open for checking, and can flag anything it disagrees with.

    One approval releases every line that is ready, with its invoice in place. Nothing is paid without it.

    One transfer, from the hotel’s account to the agency’s bank. The agency can follow it to the day it lands.

Your money never passes through us.

The money stays in the hotel’s own account until the hotel approves. Then one transfer takes it straight to the agency, by Stripe Connect. Volta TSP only gives the instruction: it never holds the money, and it bills its own fee to the hotel separately, by invoice.

For hotels
